摘要
随着我国电力体制改革的纵深推进,甘肃电力市场改革持续深化,为新能源消纳提供了有利市场条件。在电力市场中理顺新能源和传统电源的利益关系,运用市场化手段实现供给和需求的精准匹配,从根源上消除新能源的发展瓶颈。通过电力市场化交易促进新能源的发展和消纳,已成为落实国家能源战略、保障甘肃经济发展的重要途径。
With the deepening of electric power constitution reform,Gansu electric power market reform continues to deepen,providing favorable market conditions for new energy consumption.In the power market,we can straighten out the interest relationship between new energy and traditional power sources,use market-oriented means to achieve accurate matching between supply and demand,and eliminate the development bottleneck of new energy from the root.Promoting the development and consumption of new energy through electricity market trading has become an important way to implement the national energy strategy and ensure the economic development of Gansu.
