摘要
目的:分析智能腔镜器械电气绝缘安全检测仪在腔镜带电器械中的应用效果。方法:本院在2020年1月投入并使用智能腔镜器械电气绝缘安全检测仪,选取2020年1月~2022年8月医院循环使用的360件带电腔镜器械,使用电气绝缘安全检测仪、人工目检法,比较两组工作效率。结果:绝缘检测仪对腔镜器械绝缘破损点检出率明显高于人工目检法(13.33%,3.33%,P<0.05),对腔镜器械前端、中部、末端故障检出率高于人工目检法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。绝缘检测仪平均每件器械检测时间、检测结果记录时间均短于人工目检法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。绝缘检测仪组医护人员对专科器械性能检查、特殊需求、供应及时性、工作效率的满意度均高于人工目检法(P<0.05)。结论:智能腔镜器械电气绝缘安全检测仪用于腔镜带电器械,可提高工作效率,增加故障检出率。
Objective:To analyze the application effect of intelligent cavity mirror device electrical insulation safety detector in cavity mirror live instrument.Methods:The electrical insulation safety detector in January 2020.360 pieces of live endoscope instruments recycled in the hospital from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected to compare the work efficiency of electrical insulation safety detector and manual visual inspection.Results:The detection rate of the insulation damage point was 13.33%higher than that of 3.33%,and the detection rate of the front end,middle end and end of the cavity detector was higher than that of the manual inspection,significant(P<0.05).The average detection time of each instrument and the recording time of the insulation detector were shorter than the manual visual inspection method,and the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the insulation detector team with the performance inspection,special demand,supply timeliness and work efficiency was higher than the manual visual inspection method(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electrical insulation safety detector for live instruments can improve working efficiency and increase fault detection rate.
