摘要
近年来,我国处于城市发展模式转型期,城市更新实践中城市文化的积极作用逐渐被人们所重视。目的在于通过研究以城市文化为导向的更新实践,探索城市片区复兴的有效途径。研究工作在总结我国城市更新实施背景和发展趋势的基础上,以四川泸州老窖营销总部片区更新项目实践为例,对酿酒文化进行了深度分析,在设计中既有对“有形”文化标识的演绎,也有“无形”酿造哲学与当代规划思想的融合,酿酒文化基因转译为城市更新的设计策略,发挥导向作用,通过文化地标打造、文化与产业融合、文化活动植入,最终实现了该片区的活力再生。
In recent years,China is in the transition period of urban development mode,and the positive role of urban culture in the practice of urban renewal is gradually paid attention.The purpose of this paper is to explore an effective way to revitalize urban areas through the study on renewal practice oriented by urban culture.On the basis of summarizing the implementation background and development trend of urban renewal in China,the paper takes the practice of the renewal project of Luzhou Laojiao marketing headquarters in Sichuan Province as an example to conduct in-depth analysis on brewing culture.In the design,there are not only the deduction of“tangible”cultural signs,but also the integration of“intangible”brewing philosophy and contemporary planning ideas.The gene of brewing culture is translated into the design strategy of urban renewal,which plays a guiding role and finally realizes the revitalization of the area through the creation of cultural landmarks,the integration of culture and industry,and the implantation of cultural activities.
