摘要
中国共产党在百年意识形态建设过程中积累了丰富经验,始终坚持马克思主义指导地位和真理价值、坚定党对意识形态工作的战略引领和全局把握、树立党对意识形态建设的斗争意识和思潮属性、强调党性和人民性及本土性和时代性的系统化原则、推进意识形态建设同中华优秀传统文化创造性合理互动。中国共产党牢牢抓住意识形态建设主动权和引领力是一个时代重大命题和国家课题,需要中国共产党的伟大引领力、马克思主义的科学真理性、意识形态领域的辩证统一法、党心民心相互促进的系统化、中华优秀传统文化的创新性表达这五大方面精准发力、有效施策。
The Communist Party of China has accumulated rich experience in its century-old ideological construction.We will always uphold the guiding position and truth value of Marxism,firmly strengthen the Party's strategic guidance and overall grasp of ideological work,establish the Party's sense of struggle and ideological attributes in ideological construction,emphasize the systematic principle of the Party and people's character,as well as local and contemporary characteristics,and promote creative and rational interaction between ideological construction and excellent traditional Chinese culture.It is an important topic of the times and a national task for the Communist Party of China to firmly seize the initiative and leadership in ideological construction.It requires accurate and effective measures in five aspects:the great leadership of the Communist Party of China,the scientific truth of Marxism,the dialectical unity law in the field of ideology,the systematization of the mutual promotion of the Party's and the people,and the innovative expression of excellent traditional Chinese culture.
