摘要
目的探讨微信延续干预对角膜移植患者术后自我护理能力及治疗依从性的影响。方法将我院收治的100例角膜移植手术患者分为干预组和对照组,每组50例。对照组给予角膜移植术后常规护理及出院指导,干预组在对照组的基础上实行微信延续性护理模式。比较两组患者在出院2个月后自我护理能力、治疗依从性、排斥反应发生情况及满意度方面的差异性。结果干预组术后治疗依从性(用药情况、复查情况、用眼情况、生活方式)及术后自我护理能力(康复知识水平、自我责任感、自我护理概念、自我护理技能)都明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);干预组的角膜移植排斥反应发生率为26.00%,低于对照组52.00%(P<0.05);干预组患者满意度为96.00%,高于对照组78.00%(P<0.05)。结论微信延续干预可提高角膜移植患者术后自我护理能力及治疗依从性,降低术后排斥反应发生率,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of WeChat continuous intervention on self-care ability and treatment compliance of keratoplasty patients.Methods 100 patients with keratoplasty admitted to the hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were divided into an intervention group and a control group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and discharge guidance after keratoplasty,and the intervention group was given WeChat continuous nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The differences in self-care ability,treatment compliance,occurrence of rejection and satisfaction were compared between the two groups 2 months after discharge.Results Postoperative treatment compliance(medication,reexamination,eye use,lifestyle)and postoperative self-care ability(rehabilitation knowledge level,self-responsibility,self-care concept,self-care skills)were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of keratoplasty rejection in the intervention group was 26.00%,which was lower than that 52.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the intervention group was 96.00%,which was higher than that 78.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion WeChat continuous intervention can improve the self-care ability and treatment compliance of keratoplasty patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative rejection,and improve patient satisfaction.
