miRNA调控绵羊排卵过程的研究进展

摘要 繁殖性能是绵羊的重要经济性状之一,受主效基因或微效多基因的调控,很难通过传统的育种手段来快速提高。通过研究microRNA(miRNA)对绵羊排卵过程的作用机制,有助于提高绵羊的繁殖性能。文章主要综述了miRNA在绵羊排卵过程中的表达与功能,以及调控此过程的相关信号通路的作用机制,以期为提高绵羊的繁殖效率提供理论依据。 Reproductive performance is one of the important economic traits of sheep,which is regulated by major genes or minor polygenes,so it is difficult to improve it rapidly by traditional breeding methods.It is helpful to improve the reproductive performance of sheep by studying the mechanism of microRNA(miRNA)on ovulation.This article,therefore,mainly reviews the expression and function of miRNA during ovulation in sheep,as well as the mechanism of the related signal pathways that regulate this process,in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the reproductive efficiency of sheep.
