摘要
实验诊断学是连接实验室和临床医学的桥梁课程。基于新兴的慕课教学平台,如何充分利用线上资源优势,引导临床医学生掌握各种疾病的实验室诊断技术和进行临床思维能力的训练,是实验诊断学慕课建设的目标和重点。文章总结了目前实验诊断学慕课的建设现状和存在的问题,并提出了在线上慕课教师讲授型(LBL)教学基础上,融入病例引导式教学(CBL)和基于虚拟现实(VR)的情境体验式学习,以更好地实现基于检验知识的临床技能训练的学习效果。
The experimental diagnostics is a bridge course connecting laboratory and clinical medicine.The goal and focus of MOOC construction is to make full use of online resources to help clinical medical students to master the laboratory diagnostic techniques of various diseases and develop clinical thinking skills,based on the emerging massive open online course(MOOC)teaching plaform.This paper summarizes the current status quo of the construction of experimental diagnostics MOOC,points out existing problems,and proposes a new model,which combines case-based learning(CBL)with vitual reality(VR)-based experiential learning on the basis of online MOOC lecture-based learning,so that beter learning effect can be achieved in clinical skills training based on laboratory testing.
