体力活动水平对大学生抑制控制功能的影响

College Students with High Physical Activity Level Have Better Inhibitory Control Function:Evidence from the Flanker Task

摘要 目的:通过Flanker任务探测不同体力活动水平对大学生抑制控制功能的影响,从而为增进抑制控制功能提供行为试验证据。方法:采用国际体力活动水平表短卷(International Physical Activity Questionnaire Short Form,IPAQ-S)在高校中筛选出高体力活动组17名,低体力活动组15名。采用侧抑制任务(Flanker范式,Ochsner,et al.,2009)测试干扰抑制,测试指标为目标刺激与干扰刺激一致情况下的反应时和目标刺激与干扰刺激不一致情况下的反应时和正确率。结果:被试在刺激类型不一致的情况下反应更慢,Flanker任务诱发了冲突效应;在不一致试次中,高体力活动组的反应时比低体力活动组的反应时短;我们还发现,低体力活动组的Flanker效应比高体力活动组更明显,但正确率没有差异。结论:高体力活动水平大学生的抑制控制功能优于低体力活动水平大学生。 Objective:To explore the effects of different physical activity levels on inhibitory control function of college students through flanker task,so as to provide behavioral experimental evidence for improving inhibitory control function.Methods:using the international physical activity questionnaire short form(ipaq-s),17 students in the high physical activity group and 15 students in the low physical activity group were selected in Colleges and universities.Using side inhibition task(flanker paradigm,Ochsner,et al.,2009)tested interference inhibition,and the test indicators were response time and accuracy when the target stimulus was consistent or inconsistent with the interference stimulus.Results:subjects responded more slowly when the stimulus types were inconsistent,and flanker task induced conflict effect;in inconsistent trials,the response time of high physical activity group was higher than that of low physical activity group Short response time;We also found that the flanker effect in the low physical activity group was more obvious than that in the high physical activity group,and there was no difference in the accuracy.Conclusion:the inhibitory control function of college students with high physical activity level is better than that of college students with low physical activity level.
