摘要
医疗设备档案管理是医疗机构管理工作中重要的组成部分,记录了医疗机构的设备运行状况和效益情况,对于充分利用医疗设备具有十分重要的作用。新形势下医疗设备档案从传统介质向信息化电子档案转变,与传统医疗机构医疗设备档案管理相比,新形势下医疗设备档案管理具有便捷性、高效性等特点,但也存在医疗设备档案管理制度不完善、医疗设备档案管理人员素质不高等问题。文章结合医疗机构医疗设备档案管理工作的具体实践,客观分析了医疗机构医疗设备档案工作中存在的问题,针对性地提出有效完善医疗机构医疗设备档案管理的对策,以期为医疗机构中医疗设备档案管理工作实践提供有效的借鉴。
Medical equipment archives management is an important part of the management of medical institutions,which records the running status and benefits of medical institutions,and plays a very important role in making full use of medical equipment in medical institutions.Under the new situation,medical equipment archives are transforming from traditional media to information electronic archives.Compared with traditional medical institutions,medical equipment archives management under the new situation has the characteristics of convenience and efficiency.but there are also problems such as imperfect medical equipment archives management system and low quality of medical equipment archives management personnel.Combined with the specific practice of medical equipment archives management in medical institutions,this paper objectively analyzes the problems existing in the work of medical equipment archives in medical institutions,and puts forward targeted countermeasures to effectively improve the management of medical equipment archives in medical institutions,so as to provide effective reference for the practice of medical equipment archives management in medical institutions.
