摘要 针对顶进框架桥下穿既有铁路道岔区工程,根据现场实际条件,建立道岔-下部基础三维有限元仿真计算模型,通过实测列车荷载值模拟列车通过岔区过程,分析框架桥下穿道岔区最不利荷载位置、最不利开挖位置以及不同横梁加固方式影响。研究结果表明:最不利荷载位置分别为开挖与非开挖交界面、5扣轨断开截面及12号道岔心轨截面,道岔区侧股道悬空3 m时为最不利开挖位置;采用“三密一疏”、“四密一疏”加固方式相较于“二密一疏”,轨道整体安全性提升幅度较大。 Based on the actual on-site conditions,a three-dimensional finite element simulation calculation model of the turnout-foundation is established for the project of jacking the frame bridge under the existing railway turnout area.The process of the train passing through the turnout area is simulated by measuring the train load,and the most unfavorable load position,excavation position,and different beam reinforcement methods are analyzed for the turnout area under the frame bridge.The research results indicate that the most unfavorable load positions are the excavation and non excavation interface,the 5 buckle rail disconnection section,and the number 12 turnout point rail section,respectively.The most unfavorable excavation position is when the side track of the turnout area is suspended for 3 meters.Compared to the‘two dense and one sparse’reinforcement method,the overall safety of the track has been significantly improved by using the‘three dense and one sparse’and‘four dense and one sparse’reinforcement methods.
