摘要
研究了利用二氟乙酸酐作为二氟甲基自由基源,在可见光催化下的N-芳基甲基丙烯酰胺的二氟甲基化/环化反应,合成了一系列3-甲基-3-二氟乙基吲哚酮类化合物。结果表明:该方法操作简单,产率较高,可达91%,底物适用范围广。
The study of a visible-light catalyzed radical difluoromethylation/cyclization of N-arylmethacrylamides with difluoroacetic anhydride as difluoromethyl source.A series of 3-methyl-3-difluoroethylindolone compounds were synthesized.The results showed that the method has the advantages of simple operation,high yield up to 91%and wide application range of substrate.
