摘要
本文主要介绍了在新建铁路项目某特大桥32m跨现浇箱梁施工,桥址位置上跨居民小区地下车库,由于车库结构无法承受支架受力要求,同时周边管线较多,若采用满堂式支架进行梁体施工,一方面需要对地下车库结构进行加强,另一方面也要对地表管线进行迁改。此方案不但大大增加了前期工作量和施工措施费用,而且对居民小区车库等结构也产生了严重的安全隐患,安全风险很高。为此项目部对现浇梁支架方案进行认真必选和设计,最终采用单支点梁柱式双层贝雷梁支架法进行梁体施工,该方案由于支架立柱位于两侧墩身承台上,不但避免了对桥梁下方车库和管线的影响,大大降低了安全风险,而且支架整体受力明确,使得支架沉降及监控监测更为可控,同时也降低了施工措施费用。该类型支架施工所涉及的相关技术也为后续类似施工提供了借鉴和参考。
This article mainly introduces the construction of a 32m span cast-in-place box beam for a newly built railway project.The bridge site spans an underground garage in a residential area.Due to the inability of the garage structure to withstand the stress requirements of the support and the large number of surrounding pipelines,if full hall support is used for beam construction,on one hand,the underground garage structure needs to be strengthened,and on the other hand,surface pipelines need to be relocated.This plan not only greatly increases the initial workload and construction measures costs,but also poses serious safety hazards to structures such as residential garages,with high safety risks.For this reason,the project department carefully selected and designed the cast-in-place beam support scheme,and ultimately adopted the single support point beam column double layer Bailey beam support method for beam construction.This scheme not only avoids the impact on the garage and pipeline below the bridge,but also greatly reduces safety risks due to the support columns being located on the pier bearing platforms on both sides.Moreover,the overall force of the support is clear,making the settlement and monitoring of the support more controllable,At the same time,it also reduces the cost of construction measures.The relevant technologies involved in the construction of this type of bracket also provide reference and reference for similar constructions in the future.
