摘要 对6辆纯电动轿车进行了实际道路滑行试验,并对实测车辆滑行阻力和通过查表法得到的推荐阻力进行了对比分析。通过对实测阻力平均值进行拟合,得到了试验质量处于1550~1750 kg区段内的5辆纯电动轿车滑行阻力计算公式。将该阻力公式应用于第6辆纯电动轿车发现,各车速段下,计算阻力与实测阻力的相对误差在3%以内;常用车速段下,该相对误差在2%以内。通过模拟计算发现,采用计算阻力系数得到的车辆续驶里程比采用实测阻力系数长1.12%;电耗比采用实测阻力系数低2.92%。采用推荐阻力系数,车辆的续驶里程比采用实测阻力系数长23.97%;电耗比采用实测阻力系数低19.47%。采用计算阻力系数,车辆的百公里加速时间及80~120 km/h加速时间与采用实测阻力系数相同;采用推荐阻力系数,车辆的百公里加速时间比采用实测阻力系数和计算阻力系数均短2.97%,车辆的80~120 km/h加速时间比采用实测阻力系数和计算阻力系数均短0.78%。结果表明,采用计算阻力系数作为车辆的滑行阻力系数,既节省了试验时间,又提高了试验效率、降低了试验成本。 Six pure electric cars are tested on the actual road,and the coast down resistance of the measured vehicles is compared with the recommended resistance obtained by table lookup method and analyzed.By fitting the average value of the measured resistance,the formula for calculating the coast down resistance of five pure electric cars with test mass in the range of 1550~1750kg was obtained.Applying the resistance calculation formula to the sixth vehicle,it was found that the difference ratio between calculated resistance and measured resistance was within 3%at each speed range;The difference ratio was within 2%at the common speed range.Through simulation calculation,it was found that the driving range obtained by using calculated resistance coefficient was 1.12%longer than that obtained by using measured resistance coefficient,and the power consumption was 2.92%lower.The recommended resistance coefficient was adopted,and the driving range of the vehicle was 23.97%longer than that applying the measured resistance coefficient;The power consumption was 19.47%lower.The calculated resistance coefficient shall be adopted,and the vehicle's 100 km acceleration time and 80~120 km/h acceleration time shall be the same as adopting the measured resistance coefficient.When the recommended resistance coefficient was adopted,the 100 km acceleration time of the vehicle was 2.97%shorter than that when the measured resistance coefficient and calculated resistance coefficient were adopted,and the 80~120 km/h acceleration time of the vehicle is 0.78%shorter.The results show that using the calculated resistance coefficient as the coast down resistance coefficient of the vehicle,not only saves the test time,but also improves the test efficiency and reduces the test cost.
