摘要
新时代背景下,高校审美教育劳动实践应以立德树人为根本遵循,在实践中注重大学生综合素质的全面提升。但当前高校审美教育劳动实践仍存在一些问题,表现在系统规划缺失、育人针对性不足、劳动实践理念落后、劳动实践方式单一等层面,不仅影响审美教育的顺利推进,而且阻碍其劳动实践育人质量的提升。为此,高校及美育工作者应结合新时代背景和办学实际,优化审美教育劳动实践的顶层设计,在深入研究、多方协作中精准定位审美教育与劳动教育的融合点,以新时代新要求为导向,创新审美教育劳动实践理念、变革劳动实践方式,持续推动劳美协同,培育大学生正确的劳动观。
Under the background of the new era,the labor practice of aesthetic education in colleges and universities should follow the principle of establishing morality and cultivating people,and pursue the overall improvement of college students'comprehensive quality in practice.However,at the current stage,there are still a series of problems in the labor practice of aesthetic education in colleges and universities,which are manifested in the lack of systematic planning,the lack of pertinence in educating people,the backward concept of labor practice and the single way of labor practice.These problems not only affect the smooth progress of aesthetic education,but also hinder the improvement of the quality of labor practice education.To this end,colleges and workers should optimize the top-level design of aesthetic education labor practice in combination with the new era background and school running reality,accurately locate the integration point of aesthetic education and labor education in in-depth research and multi-party cooperation,innovate the concept of aesthetic education labor practice,change the way of labor practice,continue to promote labor beauty cooperation,and cultivate college students'correct labor outlook,guided by the new requirements of the new era.
