摘要
为研究电动车火灾事故原因,运用“2-4模型”对105起电动车火灾事故的直接原因、间接原因、根本原因和根源原因进行分析,之后建立电动车火灾事故致因指标评价体系,运用变异系数法研究致因权重。结果表明,在运用“2-4模型”分析电动车火灾事故的过程中,不仅要分析组织内部的因素,也不能忽略组织外部因素的影响,其中影响电动车火灾事故的组织层面和个人层面相差无几,组织层面的安全管理体系占比最大,安全文化占比最小。个人层面的一次性行为和习惯性行为同等重要。因此,在电动车火灾防治方面应该重点从组织层面的安全管理体系着手,同时也应将组织外部影响因素考虑在内,进而减少电动车火灾事故。
In order to study the causes of electric vehicle fire accidents,the"2-4 model"was used to analyze the direct causesf indirect causes,root causes and root causes of 105 electric vehicle fire accidents.Then the index evaluation system of electric vehicle fire accidents was established,and the coefficient of variation method was used to study the cause weight.The results show that in the process of using the "2-4 model" to analyze the fire accident of electric vehicle;not only the intemal factors of the organization should be analyzed,but also the external factors of the organization should not be ignored.Among them,the organizational level and the individual level have almost the same impact on electric vehicle fire accidents.The safety management system at the organizational level accounts for the largest proportion,while the safety culture accounts for the least.One-time behavior at the individual level is as important as habitual behavior.Therefore,the fire prevention and control of electric vehicles should focus on the level of safety management system,and then reduce the accidents of small fire deaths of electric vehicles.
