摘要
以固体甲醛、苯代三聚氰胺、丁醇为原料,采用一步两段法制备出全丁醚化苯代氨基树脂,研究了固体甲醛的用量及羟甲基化阶段的时间对全丁醚化苯代氨基树脂的影响;同时研究了不同用量的丁醚化苯代氨基树脂对印铁涂料的性能影响。研究结果表明:当固体甲醛用量为5.2 mol、羟甲基化时间为120 min、羟甲基化温度为60℃时羟甲基化较为彻底,此时的产品较好;丁醚化苯代氨基树脂在印铁涂料中可明显提高涂料的耐水、耐溶剂、耐盐、光泽度等性能,证明氨基树脂具有固化交联的作用。
With solid formaldehyde,benzoguanamine and butanol as raw materials,a one-step two-stage method was used to prepare total butyl etherified benzene-amino resin.The effects of the dosage of solid formaldehyde and the time of the hydroxymethylation stage on total butyl etherified benzene-amino resin were studied.The effects of different butyl etherified benzene-amino resin dosages on the properties of can coatings were studied.The results show that when the solid formaldehyde dosage is 5.2 mol,the hydroxymethylation time is 120 min and the hydroxymethylation temperature is 60℃,hydroxymethylation is more complete and the product is better.Butyl etherified benzene-amino resin in can coatings notably improves the water resistance,solvent resistance,salt resistance,gloss and other properties of the coatings.This proves that amino resin has curing and crosslinking effect.
