摘要 为提高黔中水利枢纽工程水源营区供电可靠性,并有效降低10 kV直馈线输电线故障时对电站机组运行的影响,通过从直接原因及间接原因两方面对配电线路故障进行分析研究,提出了配电改造电磁隔离及短线路保护全覆盖无死区的方法。于2021年10月至2022年1月完成了电气一次、二次配电设备技术改造,经过运行观察,营区配电可靠性得到明显提高,没有出现断路器越级跳闸机组解列的情况,有效保障了电站机组的安全运行。 In order to improve the reliability of power supply in the water source camp of Qianzhong Water Conservancy Project and effectively reduce the impact of 10 kV direct feeder transmission line fault on the operation of power station units the fault of distribution line is analyzed and studied from two aspects of direct and indirect causes.The method of electromagnetic isolation and short line protection full coverage without dead zone is proposed.From October 2021 to January 2022 the technical transformation of electrical primary and secondary distribution equipment was completed.After operation observation the reliability of power distribution in the camp was significantly improved and there was no disconnection of circuit breaker override trip unit which effectively guaranteed the safe operation of power station unit.
