摘要
目的探讨预防性护理对经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)患者术后恢复、手术部位感染及满意度的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月安徽省阜阳市人民医院泌尿外科收治的98例行PCNL的患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行预防性护理。比较两组术后恢复情况、手术部位感染率与护理满意率。结果观察组手术部位感染率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、住院时间、卧床时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预防性护理干预可有效促进PCNL患者术后恢复,减少手术部位感染,患者满意度高,具有较高价值。
Objective To explore the effect of preventive nursing on postoperative recovery,surgical site infection,and satisfaction in patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL).Methods A total of 98 patients with PCNL admitted to the Department of Urology in Fuyang People’s Hospital of Anhui Province from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected,and they were divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.Control group received routine nursing,observation group received preventive nursing.The postoperative recovery,surgical site infection rate,and nursing satisfaction rate were compared.Results The surgical site infection rate in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);operation time,hospital stay,and bed time of observation group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive nursing intervention can effectively promote the postoperative recovery of patients with PCNL,reduce the surgical site infection,patient satisfaction is high,and has a high value.
