摘要
通过网络形式调查高职教师的数字素养现状,发现高职教师数字化意愿强烈,但数字化意志薄弱;注重数字技术与资源使用,轻视知识原理与选择策略;数字化应用的高阶能力较为匮乏;数字化协同育人相对落后;对数字社会责任认同度较高;专业发展能力跟不上国际合作教育步伐。“一带一路”背景下高职教师数字素养的提升路径是加强师资国际化建设、充分发挥新基建牵引力、提高数字素养培训实效性及融入国际合作教育共同体。
Investigating the current situation and deficiency of digital literacy of higher vocational teachers through the network form,it is found that(1)higher vocational teachers have strong digitization intention,but weak digitization consciousness,(2)digital technology and resources are more important than knowledge principles and selection strategies,(3)the high level ability of digital application is scarce,(4)digital collaborative education is relatively backward,(5)high recognition of digital social responsibility,(6)professional development is not keeping pace with international cooperative education.Finally,the paper puts forward targeted ways to improve digital literacy of higher vocational teachers under the background of"One Belt and One Road",including strengthening the construction of teachers'internationalization,giving full play to the traction of new infrastructure,improving the effectiveness of digital literacy training and integrating into the international cooperative education community.
