摘要
目的:探讨桡动脉压迫止血带止血在冠状动脉介入术后的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2022年2月于贵州航天医院心内科行经桡动脉路径冠状动脉介入术的90例患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为常规组与试验组,各45例。常规组采用自粘性弹力绷带环绕包扎止血,试验组采取动脉压迫止血带止血,比较两组术后止血时间、术后舒适度、并发症发生情况。结果:试验组术后止血时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组舒适度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桡动脉压迫止血带止血操作简单、快速,便于局部穿刺部位的观察,且患者舒适度高,又可降低并发症的发生率。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of radial artery compression hemostasis with tourniquet after coronary artery intervention.Methods:From January 2019 to February 2022,90 patients with coronary artery intervention via radial artery in the Department of Cardiology of Guizhou Aerospace Hospital were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into conventional group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The conventional group used self-adhesive elastic bandage wrap for hemostasis,and the experimental group used arterial compression tourniquet for hemostasis.The postoperative hemostasis time,postoperative comfort and complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The postoperative hemostasis time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort level in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Radial artery compression tourniquet has simple and fast operations,it is easy to observe local puncture site,the patient's comfort level is high,and it also reduces the incidence of complications.
