摘要
目的 研究盐酸丙美卡因滴眼液在胫腓骨慢性溃疡修复中镇痛效果分析。方法 从2021年1月到2022年4月开放性骨折术后并发慢性感染难治性创面患者,行局部麻醉下胫前慢性修复手术者82例,采用随机数表法随机分为实验组与对照组各41例。实验组采用盐酸丙美卡因滴眼液加局部浸润麻醉,对照组采用局部浸润麻醉。应用语言评价量表(Verbal rating scale, VRS)疼痛量表和术后血清学检测。结果 实验组患者术中即刻、10 min、30 min、60 min和术后120 min的疼痛感显著低于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义。实验组患者术后4 h血清中PGE2、IL-10、SP、TNF-α的数值均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),患者的满意度也比对照组高。结论 使用盐酸丙美卡因滴眼液加局部浸润麻醉可以有效地减轻胫骨大创面皮肤损伤修复手术的疼痛,同时提高患者对治疗的满意度。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect analysis of alcaine combined with local infiltration anesthesia in the repair of chronic tibiofibular ulcer.METHODS From January 2021 to April 2022,82 patients with chronic infection and intractable wounds after open fracture surgery received local anesthesia for chronic repair of anterior tibia,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 41 cases in each group by random number table method.The experimental group was treated with alcaine and local infiltration anesthesia,while the control group was treated with local infiltration anesthesia.Verbal rating scale(VRS)was used.pain scale and postoperative serological tests;RESULTS The pain of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The serum levels of PGE2,IL-10,SP and TNF-αin experimental group at 4 h after operation were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Alcaine combined with local infiltration anesthesia can effectively relieve the pain of skin injury repair operation on large tibial wound,and improve the comfort of patients during and after operation.
