摘要
目的研究医养结合模式下2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制效果和管理效果。方法将2021年1月—2022年8月广州市东升医院收治的60例2型糖尿病患者作为本次研究对象,将其用随机数字表法的原则分组,对照组与观察组各30例。观察组采取由糖尿病医护管理小组对其进行持续规范的血糖管理,对照组采取常规性血糖管理,比较两组2型糖尿病患者在血糖控制效果、管理依从性以及再住院率3个主要方面的异同。结果(1)血糖控制效果:两组管理后患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白水平均低于管理前,且观察组管理后患者的各项血糖值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)管理依从性:观察组患者的管理依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)再住院率:两组再住院率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病患者的管理中实施医养结合模式可获得理想效果,既可以有效地控制血糖波动,提高患者的管理依从性,又可以降低患者的再住院率,综合效果显著,有借鉴意义和临床推广价值。
Objective To study the effect of blood glucose control and management in patients with type 2 diabetes under the combination of medical treatment and nursing.Methods A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to Dongsheng Hospital of Guangzhou from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the objects of this study.They were divided into three groups by random number table method,with 30 patients in control group and 30 patients in observation group.The management method of the observation group was continuous standardized blood glucose management by the diabetes care management team,while the control group was routine blood glucose management.The differences and similarities of the two groups in three major aspects of blood glucose control effect,management compliance and readmission rate were compared.Results(1)Blood glucose control effect,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in 2 groups after management were lower than before management,and all the blood glucose values in observation group after management were lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)Management compliance,the management compliance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)Readmission rate,there was no significant difference in the readmission rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the management of type 2 diabetes patients,the combination of medical and nursing mode can achieve ideal results,which can effectively control blood glucose fluctuations,improve patients’management compliance,and reduce patients're-hospitalization rate.The comprehensive effect is significant,which has reference significance and clinical promotion value.
