摘要
目的报道1例原发性中轴骨滑膜肉瘤的影像学表现并复习文献,提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析经术后病理证实的1例中轴骨滑膜肉瘤患者的影像学资料,同时复习国内外文献,总结原发性中轴骨滑膜肉瘤的影像学特征。结果原发性中轴骨滑膜肉瘤CT表现为膨胀性、溶骨性骨质破坏,密度不均,局部骨皮质缺损,伴或不伴周围软组织肿块;MRI特征性表现为“三重信号征”、“铺路石征”。结论原发性中轴骨滑膜肉瘤是一种罕见的间叶组织来源恶性肿瘤,其诊断依赖组织病理学、免疫组织化学和分子遗传学检查。
Objective Report a case of primary axial synovial sarcoma,and improve the comprehension of the disease by reviewing the literatures.Methods To review the preoperative imaging findings of 1 case of primary axial synovial sarcoma confirmed by postoperative pathology,and review the literatures at home and abroad,and to analyze and summarize the imaging findings of primary axial synovial sarcoma.Results CT findings of primary axial synovial sarcoma showed expansive and lytic bone destruction with uneven density and local cortical defect,with or without peripheral soft tissue mass.MRI were charactered with“triple signal sign”and“paving stone sign”.Conclusion Primary axial synovial sarcoma is a rare mesenchymal malignant tumor whose diagnosis depends on histopathology,immunohistochemistry and molecular genetics.
