摘要
国内现有超超临界锅炉均投产较晚,系统设备及技术均相对较新,控制及调整技术尚未完全消化掌握,随着各地电力现货市场交易开展,燃煤机组普遍倾向于开展大规模的灵活性改造。在此形势下,开展非改造条件下超超临界锅炉深度调峰试验研究,针对深度调峰工况下超超临界锅炉侧普遍存在的燃烧稳定性、脱硝可靠性及水冷壁安全性问题进行分析,并给出建议。
The existing ultra-supercritical(USC)boilers in in domestic have been put into operation relatively late,the system equipment and technology are relatively new,and the control and adjustment technologies have not yet been fully digested and mastered,coal-fired units generally tend to carry out large-scale flexibility retrofit.Under this situation,the research on the deep peak regulation test of ultra-supercritical boilers under non-retrofit condition is carried out,analyze the problems of combustion stability,denitration reliability and water wall safety in ultra-supercritical boiler side under deep peak regulation condition and give advice.
