菌群移植对三穗鸭生长性能、屠宰性能和肠道菌群的影响 被引量:1

Effect of microbiota transplantation on growth performance,slaughter performance and intestinal flora of Sansui ducks

摘要 试验旨在探究菌群移植早期干预对三穗鸭的生长性能、屠宰性能和肠道菌群的影响。选择120只1日龄的健康三穗鸭,随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸭,菌群供体选择42日龄的三穗鸭。试验前3 d,对照组鸭饲喂基础日粮,移植组鸭饲喂基础日粮,灌喂0.5 mL菌群液,试验期42 d。结果显示,15~42 d时,移植组鸭的成活率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。移植组鸭的屠宰率、全净膛率、半净膛率、腿肌率和胸肌率较对照组有所提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。在盲肠菌群门水平丰度方面,移植组鸭的拟杆菌门、变形菌门丰度较对照组分别降低了8.7%(P>0.05)、24.4%(P>0.05),厚壁菌门、梭杆菌门、放线菌门较对照组提高了11.2%(P>0.05)、26.1%(P>0.05)、55.5%(P<0.05)。研究表明,菌群移植能够提高三穗鸭的生长性能及改变盲肠菌群的丰度水平。 The experiment was to explore the effect of early intervention on growth performance,slaughter performance and intestinal microflora of Sansui ducks.A total of 120 one-day-old healthy Sansui ducks were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with six replicates in each group,10 ducks in each replicate,and 42-day-old Sansui ducks were selected as the bacterial colony donor.Three days before the experiment,the control group ducks were fed with basic diet,ducks in transplantation group were fed with a basal diet and gavage 0.5 mL bacterial community solution.The experiment lasted for 42 d.The results showed that the survival rate of the transplantation group was significantly higher than that of control group at 15~42 d(P<0.05).The feed to gain ratio was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The slaughter rate,full bore rate,half bore rate,leg muscle rate and chest muscle rate of transplantation group were higher than those of control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).In the aspect of horizontal abundance of cecal microflora,compared with control group,the abundance of Bacteroides and Proteus in transplantation group decreased by 8.7%(P>0.05)and 24.4%(P>0.05),respectively,and the abundance of Firmicutes,Fusobacteria and Actinomycetes increased by 11.2%(P>0.05),26.1%(P>0.05)and 55.5%(P<0.05).The study indicates that the transplantation of bacterial flora can improve growth performance and change the abundance level of cecum bacrerial flora of Sansui duck.
