摘要
环己酮作为重要的有机化工原料应用广泛,苯酚一步法加氢制备环己酮因流程简单、条件温和且环己酮选择性高而备受关注。重点介绍了目前催化效果较好的贵金属催化剂应用于苯酚一步法加氢制备环己酮反应的研究进展,以及不同载体对于贵金属催化剂性能提升的方式,分析了工艺条件对于产物分布的影响,指出了开发低成本高稳定性催化剂以及连续式液固相反应工艺是未来的发展方向。
As an important organic chemical raw material,cyclohexanone is widely used.The one-step hydrogenation of phenol to cyclohexanone has attracted much attention due to its simple process,mild conditions and high cyclohexanone selectivity.In this paper,the research progress of the application of noble metal catalysts with good catalytic effect in the one-step hydrogenation of phenol to cyclohexanone was introduced,as well as the ways of improving the performance of noble metal catalysts by different carriers.The influence of process conditions on product distribution was analyzed,and it was pointed out that the development of low-cost and highly stable catalysts and continuous liquid-solid reaction process should be the development direction in the future.
