摘要
肿瘤是脏腑组织发生异常增生而导致的一种恶性消耗性病变,正气亏虚是中医认识肿瘤的关键所在,正气亏虚思想指导下的肿瘤发病观及防治思路具有深刻的临床应用价值。近年来,随着中医药防治肿瘤研究的不断兴起,中医学者们对正气亏虚与肿瘤发病、防治的内涵及临床应用等进一步探索并收获了诸多成果。作者通过阅读筛选相关文献及研究,发现基于正气亏虚思想下的肿瘤发病观与现代医学肿瘤微环境、免疫编辑等概念相似,基于正气亏虚思想的中药复方、单体可以通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖转移、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤血管生成、保护机体免疫力等多途径、多靶点参与肿瘤治疗。现简要总结归纳正气亏虚思想在肿瘤发病、防治等方面的研究进展,以期在中医药防治肿瘤领域提供理论和诊疗思路参考。
Tumor is a malignant and consumptive lesion caused by abnormal proliferation of visceral tissues.Deficiency of righteousness is the key to understanding tumors in traditional Chinese medicine.The concept of tumor pathogenesis and prevention and treatment under the guidance of the thought of deficiency of righteousness has profound clinical application value.In recent years,with the continuous rise of research on the prevention and treatment of tumors with traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine scholars have further explored the deficiency of righteousness and tumor pathogenesis,the connotation and clinical application of prevention and treatment,and gained many achievements.Through reading and screening relevant literature and research,the author found that the concept of tumor incidence based on the idea of deficiency of righteousness is similar to the concepts of tumor microenvironment and immune editing in modern medicine.Chinese medicine compounds and monomers based on the idea of deficiency of righteousness can inhibit tumor cell proliferation.Metastasis,induction of tumor cell apoptosis,inhibition of tumor angiogenesis,protection of the body’s immunity,etc.are involved in tumor therapy through multiple pathways and multiple targets.This paper briefly summarizes the research progress of the theory of deficiency of righteousness in tumor pathogenesis,prevention and treatment,in order to provide theoretical and diagnosis and treatment ideas reference in the field of tumor prevention and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine.
