摘要
目的研究饮食干预+孕期保健对于妊娠期糖尿病产妇血糖控制的应用价值。方法选取2019年5月—2021年7月于三明市第一医院就诊的74例妊娠期糖尿病产妇,采用计算机随机法将其分为甲组(37例,采取孕期保健)与乙组(37例,采取饮食干预+孕期保健)。对比两组血糖控制情况、不良妊娠结局、新生儿出生评分、生活质量、满意率情况。结果护理后,乙组产妇血糖控制情况、不良妊娠结局均优于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组新生儿出生评分高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,乙组产妇生活质量高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组产妇满意率高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病产妇接受饮食干预+孕期保健联合护理服务,能够更好地控制产妇孕期血糖水平,优化妊娠结局,改善新生儿出生评分,提升其生活质量,让产妇更加满意医院所提供的孕期护理服务。
Objective To study the application value of dietary intervention and prenatal health care for blood glucose control in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods 74 pregnant women with diabetes in Sanming First Hospital from May 2019 to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into group A(37 cases,taking pregnancy care)and group B(37 cases,taking diet intervention+pregnancy care).The blood glucose control,adverse pregnancy outcome,neonatal birth score,quality of life and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the blood glucose control and adverse pregnancy outcome of puerpera of group B were better than those of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neonatal birth score of newborn of group B was higher than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life of puerpera in group B was higher than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The maternal satisfaction rate of puerpera of group B was higher than that of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of dietary intervention and pregnancy health care for pregnant women with gestational diabetes can better control the level of blood glucose during pregnancy,optimize the pregnancy outcome,improve the newborn birth score,enhance the quality of life,and make the women more satisfied with the pregnancy care services provided by the hospital.
