摘要
溃疡性结肠炎是以结直肠黏膜连续性、弥漫性炎症改变为特征的慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病,我国溃疡性结肠炎的发病率和患病率近年来呈快速上升趋势,已成为临床常见病。张仲景《伤寒杂病论》创立的六经辨证施治体系和经典方剂在溃疡性结肠炎的临床诊治中广泛运用,取得了较好疗效。本文爰从中医病名演变、病理机制、常用经方及应用要点论述经方治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临证思路和经验。
Ulcerative colitis is a chronic nonspecific intestinal inflammatory disease characterized by continu-ous and diffuse inflammation of the colorectal mucosa.In recent years,the incidence and prevalence of ulcerative colitis have been increasing rapidly,and it has become a common clinical disease.The syndrome differentiation and treatment system of the six channels and classic presc riptions established by ZHANG Zhongjing in Shanghan Zabing Lun have been widely used in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of ulcerative colitis and have achieved good curative effect.This paper discusses the clinical thin king and experience of the treatment of ulcerative colitis with Jingfang from the evolution of disease names,pathological mechanism,common prescriptions and application points.
