摘要
目的 分析替加环素与美罗培南治疗腹部肿瘤术后复杂腹腔感染的临床疗效。方法 收集佳木斯市中心医2020年7月至2021年12月诊治的腹部肿瘤术后复杂腹腔感染患者,随机分为美罗培南组30例和替加环素组26例,分别使用美罗培南和替加环素治疗,比较两组治疗后和出院时临床成功率和综合疗效,总住院时间和ICU住院时间、30 d和60 d全因死亡率及不良事件发生率。结果 两组治疗后和出院时临床成功率和综合疗效差异均无统计学意义。总住院时间和ICU住院时间、30 d和60 d全因死亡率及不良事件发生率两组均无显著差异。两组微生物分布差异均无统计学意义,不同微生物感染亚组患者使用美罗培南和替加环素的治疗后和出院时临床成功率比较差异均无统计学意义。结论 替加环素与美罗培南用于腹部肿瘤术后复杂腹腔感染有着相似的疗效和安全性。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of tegacyclin and meropenem in the treatment of complex abdominal infection after abdominal tumor operation. Methods The patients with complicated abdominal infection after abdominal tumor surgery from July 2020 to December 2021 were collected. They were randomly divided into meropenem group(30 cases) and tegacyclin group(26 cases). They were treated with meropenem and tegacyclin respectively. The clinical success rate and comprehensive curative effect, total length of stay and ICU length of stay, 30 and 60 day all-cause mortality and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in clinical success rate and comprehensive curative effect between the two groups after treatment and at discharge. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the total length of stay and ICU length of stay, 30 day and 60 day all-cause mortality and the incidence of adverse events. There was no significant difference in microbial distribution between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the clinical success rate of patients with positive microbial isolation after treatment with meropenem and tegacyclin and at discharge. Conclusion Tegacyclin and meropenem have similar efficacy and safety in the treatment of complex abdominal infection after abdominal tumor operation.
