基于藏药“味性化味”理论探讨拉美丸组方及功效

摘要 目的:探讨藏药拉美丸组方形成及其药用功效。方法:查阅藏医古籍文献,用文献搜索与整理的方法分析拉美丸的配方来源及其组成,应用藏药“味性化味”药性分析系统,分析拉美丸临床功效。结果:拉美丸最早来源于蒂玛丹增彭措的《甘露白玻璃》,由沉香、肉豆蔻、广枣、石灰华、木香、诃子等24味藏药材组成。药性分析显示,六味以甘、苦为主,三化味以苦化味为主,十七效以凉、钝、重、稀等为主。方剂对治疗赤巴的热性和锐性,以及隆的轻性效果良好。结论:藏药拉美丸对萨滞布病及白脉病疗效良好,可为拉美丸藏药标准制定提供参考。 Objective:To explore the formulation and medicinal efficacy of Lamei Pill,a Tibetan medicine.Methods:The ancient Tibetan medical literature was consulted,the formula source and composition of Lamei pill were analyzed by literature search and sorting,and the clinical efficacy of Lamei Pill was analyzed by using the drug property analysis system of Tibetan medicine“Ro Nus Zhurtws”.Results:Lamei pill originated from the Vchi Med Bdud Rtsi Shel Dkar Phreng Ba of Devi Dmar Bstan Vdzin Phun Tshogs,and it was composed of 24Tibetan medicinal materials,including Agarwood,Nutmeg,Jujube,Travertine,Woody Incense,Hazelnut,etc.The drug property analysis shows that the six tastes are mainly sweet and bitter,the three tastes are mainly bitter,and the seventeen effects are mainly cool blunt,heavy and sparse.Prescriptions are mainly used to treat the heat and sharpness of mkhris pa,as well as the lightness of Rlung.Conclusion:The Tibetan medicine Lamei Pill has a good curative effect on Sazhibu disease and Baimai disease,and provides a reference for the Tibetan medicine standard of Lamei pill.
