摘要
目的 观察分析中药方口服配合耳穴埋豆治疗肛窦炎的临床效果。方法 选取2022年2—10月就诊于如东县中医院的120例肛窦炎患者,将患者按1:1原则分为两组。对照组采取肛泰栓治疗,研究组在此基础上采取中药四逆散化裁方配合耳穴埋豆治疗。对比两组肛周坠胀、疼痛、瘙痒及潮湿消失时间,肛门疼痛程度、炎症因子水平以及症状体征改善情况。结果 研究组肛周坠胀、疼痛、瘙痒及潮湿消失时间分别为(9.67±3.12)、(9.14±3.05)、(11.07±3.23)、(10.58±2.81)d,均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.353、11.912、10.715、11.712,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组VAS评分与C反应蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组VAS评分与C反应蛋白水平均降低,且研究组VAS(0.85±0.39)分、C反应蛋白(6.12±1.43)mg/L低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.729,24.979,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组肛门坠胀、肛窦充血、肛窦水肿评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组症状体征评分均降低,且研究组肛门坠胀、肛窦充血、肛窦水肿评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 给予肛窦炎患者中药方口服配合耳穴埋豆治疗能显著改善患者肛周症状,加速症状体征消退,并能缓解肛门疼痛,减轻患者机体炎症反应。
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Chinese medicine prescription orally combined with burying beans in ear points in the treatment of anal sinusitis.Methods 120 patients with anal sinusitis who were treated in Rudong County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February to October 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of 1:1.The control group was treated with Antai Suppository,and the study group was treated with Sinisanhuacai prescription combined with ear point burying beans.The disappearance time of perianal swelling,pain,itching and dampness,the degree of anal pain,the level of inflammatory factors and the improvement of symptoms and signs were compared between the two groups.Results The time to disappear of perianal swelling,pain,itching and dampness in the study group was(9.67±3.12)d,(9.14±3.05)d,(11.07±3.23)d and(10.58±2.81)d,respectively,which were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.353,11.912,10.715,11.712,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS score and C-reactive protein level between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the VAS score and C-reactive protein level of the two groups decreased,the VAS(0.85±0.39)points and the C-reactive protein(6.12±1.43)mg/L in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.729,24.979,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the scores of anal distension,anal sinus congestion and anal sinus edema (P>0.05);after treatment, the scores of symptoms and signs in both groups decreased, and the scores of anal distension, analsinus congestion and anal sinus edema in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
