摘要
沙曲二矿传统的长壁开采、留设区段煤柱方式导致稀缺主焦煤回收率不高,且柔膜充填留巷围岩变形量大,巷道维护困难,影响工作面推进。为解决上述问题,以沙曲二矿4303工作面为工程背景,通过切顶成巷技术留巷供下一工作面使用,且针对巷道顶板岩性、地质条件进行支护设计。结果表明,巷道顶底板变形量最大为425 mm,两帮变形量最大为290 mm,双巷切顶成巷效果达到预期目标,显著提升了稀缺资源回收率。
The traditional method of longwall mining and retaining section coal pillars in Shaqu No.2 Mine results in a low recovery rate of scarce main coking coal,and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the soft film filling retained roadway is large,making the maintenance of the roadway difficult,affecting the advancement of the working face.To solve the above problems,taking the 4303 working face of Shaqu No.2 Mine as the engineering background,the roof cutting technology is used to reserve the roadway for the next working face,and support design is carried out based on the lithology and geological conditions of the roadway roof.The results show that the maximum deformation of the roof and floor of the roadway is 425 mm,and the maximum deformation of the two sides is 290 mm.The effect of the double roadway roof cutting into the roadway has achieved the expected goal,significantly improving the recovery rate of scarce resources.
