矿用顶板无源光纤远程智能监测系统设计

摘要 根据煤矿巷道顶板离层的监测需求及传统电传感监测系统的不足,运用光纤布拉格光栅传感技术,构建了矿用顶板无源光纤远程智能监测系统。通过监测顶板离层量、锚杆应力和钻孔应力3个参数,全面反映煤矿顶板离层量与支护(锚杆、锚索)状态。在山西阳煤一矿81404工作面进行了安装应用,获取了传感器在工作面推进影响下100 m范围内的监测数据,分析得到了该工作面顶板离层的变化规律,能够有效监测多种物理参量,表明该系统在顶板离层的监测中具有可行性。 According to the monitoring requirements of coal mine roadway roof separation layer and the shortcomings of traditional electrical sensing monitoring system,combined with fiber Bragg grating sensing technology,an optical fiber remote monitoring system for roof of mine is built.By monitoring the three parameters of roof separation layer,bolt stress and borehole stress,the roof separation layer and supporting(bolt and anchor cable)state of coal mine can be fully reflected.It has been installed and applied in 81404 working face of No.1 Coal Mine in Shanxi Province.The monitoring data of the sensor within 100 m under the influence of the advance of the working face are obtained.The basic movement law of the roof of the working face is analyzed and obtained.It can effectively monitor a variety of physical parameters,which suggests that the system is feasible in the monitoring of roof separation.
