基于STIRPAT模型的海南省旅游业碳排放影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 基于2000~2020年海南省旅游业碳排放相关时间序列数据,借助“旅游消费剥离系数”的概念,运用“自上而下”与“自下而上”相结合的方法对2000年以来海南省旅游业碳排放进行测度,在此基础上,运用STIRPAT模型分析海南省旅游业碳排放的影响因素。结果表明:①2000年以来海南省旅游业碳排放的年均增长率为5.718%,呈中低速增长。且旅游交通运输、仓储和邮电业碳排放在旅游业碳排放中所占的比例高达84.093%,是旅游业碳排放的主要来源;②选取游客规模、旅游业经济发展水平、旅游能源强度、产业结构和城市化水平作为影响海南省旅游业碳排放的影响因素,各个影响因素对海南省旅游业碳排放的影响程度按降序排列依次为:城市化水平>旅游能源强度>旅游业经济发展水平>游客规模>产业结构,其影响程度分别为1.385、0.419、0.258、0.190和0.172。在此基础上,提出以下建议:①合理控制游客规模,宣传低碳旅游观念;②转变经济发展方式,促进节能减排;③提高技术水平,降低旅游能源强度;④推进新型城镇化建设,实现可持续发展。 Based on the time-series data related to carbon emissions from tourism in Hainan Province from 2000 to 2020,with the helpe of the concept of"tourism consumption stripping coefficient",this study and employed the combined methods of"top-down"and"bottom-up"to measure carbon emissions from tourism in Hainan Province since 2000.Then,STIRPAT model is used to analyze the influencing factors of carbon emissions from tourism in Hainan Province.The research results show that:①Since 2000,the average annual growth rate of carbon emissions from tourism in Hainan Province has been 5.718%,showing a medium-low growth rate.Moreover,the carbon emissions from tourism transportation,storage and post and telecommunications account for 84.093%of the carbon emissions from tourism,which is the main source of carbon emissions from tourism;②The scale of tourists,economic development level of tourism industry,tourism energy intensity,industrial structures and urbanization level are selected as the influencing factors affecting the carbon emissions of tourism industry in Hainan Province.The degree of influence of each influencing factor on the carbon emissions of tourism industry in Hainan Province is in descending order:urbanization level>tourism energy intensity>economic development level of tourism industry>tourism scale>industrial structure.The impact degree is 1.385,0.419,0.258,0.190 and 0.172 respectively.On this basis,the following suggestions are put forward:①reasonably control the scale of tourists and promote the concept of low-carbon tourism;②change the mode of economic development and promote energy conservation and emission reduction;③improve technical level and reduce tourism energy intensity;④promote the construction of new urbanization and realize sustainable development.
