存量生活垃圾原位-异位方法工程技术应用

摘要 以浙江省某垃圾填埋场为例,分析了该场地现状和配套条件,对比行业较成熟的多种存量生活垃圾原位和异位处理技术,以及对该填埋场治理的适用性和局限性,提出将“原位—异位”联合创新应用技术应用至该填埋场,达到较好治理效果,解决了采用单一治理技术存在的诸多弊端。该联合治理方法不仅能释放土地空间作为后续利用,降低项目投资额,缩短治理工期,并消除对周边环境的污染风险,而且满足了城市规划建设需求,符合国家政策要求,实现CO_(2)排放减量。 Taking a landfill site in Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation and supporting conditions of the site,compares a variety of in situ and ectopic treatment technologies of stock domestic waste in the industry,and compares the applicability and limitations of the landfill treatment.The"IN situ-ectopic"joint innovative application technology is proposed to be applied to the landfill site,which achieves good treatment effect and solves many disadvantages existing in the single treatment technology.This joint treatment method can not only release the land space for subsequent use,reduce the project investment,shorten the treatment period,and eliminate the pollution risk to the surrounding environment;but also meets the needs of urban planning and construction,meets the requirements of national policies,to realize the reduction of CO2 emissions.
