摘要
近年来,随着社会经济不断发展,工业企业搬迁遗留大量污染场地的问题日益突显,污染场地的风险评估是建设用地开发再利用重要环节。概念模型作为污染场地风险评估工作的关键要素,在整合和概化场地基本信息、明晰“源-径-汇”关系链等方面发挥重要作用。文章参考国内外相关文献,总结了概念模型近年来研究进展,指出了目前研究存在概念模型构建流程尚未形成规范体系、对实际污染场地描述不够全面和准确的不足之处,最后对概念模型的未来发展给出了建议,以期为此后工作中开发和完善符合我国实际情况的概念模型提供参考。
In recent years,with the continuous social and economic development,the problem of a large number of contaminated sites left by relocated industrial enterprises has become increasingly prominent.Thereby,the risk assessment of contaminated sites is an important link in the development and reuse of land for construction.As a key element in the risk assessment of contaminated sites,conceptual models play a key role in organizing and generalizing the basic information of sites and clarifying“Source,Pathways and Receptors”relationship chain.In this paper,there is the progress of conceptual models with reference to relevant domestic and international literature in recent years,shortcomings of current research,and suggestions for the future development of conceptual model,in order to provide references for the development and improvement of conceptual models that meet the actual situation in China.
