摘要
马家“精点心”的外观形态是一种主要以手工捏塑、模印等成型方法,配合刻、划、绘、染等传统美术手法制作完成的中式传统点心造型,具有“色、味、香、形”俱佳的中国美食特点。通过田野调查梳理论证其代表的是以北方传统“精点心”外观造型为主的古法制作技艺,以形与色的寓意来实现传统节日的礼仪内涵及人们追求生活美满、和谐幸福的愿望,展示出丰富的民俗文化。尤其是以二十四节气为脉络的点心造型蕴含“天人合一”的生态观,体现出中华传统造物思想。因而马家“精点心”造型技艺也成为一种根植于中国优秀传统文化意蕴的民间造型艺术。
The appearance of Ma's"Fine Dim sum"is a traditional Chinese pastry shape,which is mainly made by hand kneading,molding and other molding methods,combined with traditional art techniques such as carving,drawing and dyeing.It has the characteristics of"color,taste,aroma and shape"of Chinese food.Through field investigation,it is demonstrated that it represents the ancient craftsmanship mainly based on the appearance of the northern traditional"refined dim sum".With the implication of shape and color,it realizes the etiquette connotation of traditional festivals and people's desire to pursue a happy and harmonious life,showing a rich folk culture.In particular,the snack shape with 24 solar terms as the thread contains the ecological concept of"harmony between nature and man",which reflects the traditional Chinese idea of creation.Therefore,the"refined dim sum"modeling skill of the Ma's has also become a folk plastic art rooted in China's excellent traditional culture.
