长江流域水文测船污染防治探讨——基于我国内河船舶污染防治法规

摘要 在总结水文测船污染特征的基础上,从各类船舶污染问题入手,提出了水文测船污染防治对策;从节能减排和绿色发展角度,对水文测船能效评估指数的应用进行了探讨;从清洁能源角度对采用电驱动水文测船的可行性进行分析,以期为水文测船的防污管理和节能减排提供技术支撑。 Based on a summary of the pollution characteristics of hydrological survey ships,we propose the prevention and control measures for different types of pollutions caused by ships.We also analyze the application of energy efficiency assessment indices for hydrographic survey ships in the context of energy conservation,emission reduction,and green development.Additionally,we analyze the feasibility of electric-driven hydrological survey ships from the standpoint of clean energy.The research is expected to provide technical support for anti-pollution management,energy conservation,and emission reduction for hydrological survey ships.
