摘要
目的探讨银杏酮酯滴丸联合替格瑞洛片治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果。方法选择2019年11月至2021年1月收治的350例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各175例。对照组接受常规治疗+替格瑞洛片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受银杏酮酯滴丸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的心绞痛持续时间短于对照组,心绞痛发作频率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的脑钠肽(BNP)水平及左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、左室收缩末期内径(LVDs)低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的趋化因子CX3C模体配体1(CX3CL1)、硫氧还蛋白互作蛋白(TXNIP)水平低于对照组,内脏脂肪特异性丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(Vaspin)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银杏酮酯滴丸联合替格瑞洛治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果满意,可调节CX3CL1、TXNIP、Vaspin水平。
Objective To explore the effect of ginkgo ketone ester dropping pills combined with ticagrelor tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods A total of 350 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted from November 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 175 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment+ticagrelor tablets,while the observation group received ginkgo ketone ester dropping pills on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the duration of angina pectoris in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the frequency of angina pectoris attack was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)level,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDd)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVDs)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of chemokine C-X3-C motif ligand 1(CX3CL1)and thioredoxin interacting protein(TXNIP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of visceral adipose tissue-derived serine protease inhibitor(Vaspin)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo ketone ester dropping pills combined with ticagrelor tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris has a satisfactory effect,which can regulate the levels of CX3CL1,TXNIP and Vaspin.
