摘要
目的探讨整体护理在骨科患儿中的应用。方法选取2020年6月至2021年6月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的62例进行手术治疗的骨折患儿,根据随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组各31例。对照组予以传统护理干预,观察组予以整体护理。比较两组并发症发生情况、疼痛程度及住院时间。结果观察组并发症总发生率(3.2%)低于对照组(25.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组视觉模拟评分低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理在小儿骨科患儿中的应用效果显著,能够减少并发症的发生、缓解疼痛,并缩短患儿的住院时间,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application of holistic nursing in children of the department of orthopedics.Methods From June 2020 to June 2021,62 children with fracture who underwent surgical treatment in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random draw method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional nursing intervention,and the observation group was given holistic nursing.The incidence of complications,pain degree and length of stay were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group(3.2%)was lower than that in the control group(25.8%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analog score of the obs ervation group was lower than that of the control group,and the length of stay was shorter than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of holis tic nursing in children of the department of orthopedics is remarkable,which can reduce the occurrence of complications,relieve pain,and shorten the length of stay of children.It is worthy of clinica lapplication.
