摘要
为探究无损检测手段对隧道深层病害检测的有效性和适用性,设计了管片试验模型,在模型内设置特定病害,运用超声波和探地雷达对管片模型进行检测,对比分析超声波与探地雷达的检测结果与反应特性,结合Tesseral2D软件模拟试验情况,探讨在不同工况下探地雷达与超声波的检测能力及适用性。结果表明,超声波和探地雷达在双层结构或前后二次浇筑的结构处均会出现反射,但雷达波遇水反射更强,因此适用于检测衬砌背后积水病害,超声波则适用于检测衬砌结构钢筋分布情况。
In order to investigate the effectiveness and applicability of nondestructive testing methods for deep tunnel damage detection,a test model of the tube sheet was designed,a specific disease in the model was set up,ultrasonic and ground-penetrating radar was used to detect the tube sheet model,the detection results and response characteristics of ultrasonic and ground-penetrating radar were compared and analyzed,Com⁃bined with Tesseral 2D software simulation test,the detection capability and applicability of ground pene⁃trating radar and ultrasonic under different working conditions were discussed.The results show that the reflection of ultrasonic wave and ground-penetrating radar can occur in the double-layer structure or the structure with double pouring before and after,but the reflection of radar wave is stronger when it comes to water,so it is suitable for detecting the waterlogging disease behind the lining,ultrasonic waves are suit⁃able for detecting the distribution of reinforcement in the lining structure.
