铝电解数字孪生互联网平台建设及应用

摘要 介绍了铝电解数字孪生互联网平台的建设及应用,对各孤立系统资源进行有效整合,基于数字孪生中台系统5G大数据炉况分析系统投产后,工厂优化管理,吨铝直流电耗降低约100 kW/h,年节电约9000万kW/h;5G电解槽漏液分析系统解决了电解槽阴极钢棒温度难以在线监测难题;5G天车远程操控系统改善了天车操作人员作业环境,单车效率提升60%;5G中频炉铁水温度智能分析系统实现了铁水温度实时在线检测,阳极组装合格率提升15%以上。 Construction and application of digital twin internet platform on aluminum electrolysis is introduced,a digital twin internet platform of one enterprise is displayed,the effective integration of each orphan system resources was carried out,plant optimization management was done after 5G big data furnace condition analysis system based on digital twin middle office system was put into production,then DC power consumption of per ton aluminum was decreased about 100 kW/h,annual power is saved about 90 million kW/h;5G electrolysis cell leakage analysis system solved the problem that it is difficult to monitor the cathode steel rod temperature of electrolysis cell online;5G overhead crane remote control system improved the working operation of operators,efficiency of single crane was increased by 60%;The real-time on-line detection of molten iron temperature was realized by 5G intelligent video surveillance for molten iron temperature of intermediate frequency,the qualified rate of anode assembly can be increased over 15%.
