摘要
针对阳极质量对铝电解生产指标有较大影响,分析了石油焦、煤沥青、残极等影响阳极质量的原料因素,通过配料、混捏、成型等环节进行了生产工艺控制优化,优化后阳极炭块的质量指标有了明显改观,其中炭阳极体积密度增加约0.03 g/cm3,抗压强度提升约20%,阳极理化指标二级品以上率达到100%。
Anode quality has great effect on aluminum electrolysis production targets,the effect of petroleum coke,coal pitch,anode scrap and the other influencing factors on anode quality were analyzed,the production process control optimization has been carried out through batching,mixing and binching,forming,therefore,the quality of anode carbon block after optimization has significant improvement,the volume density of carbon anode is increased about 0.03 g/cm3,compressive strength is increased about 20%,and the quality of anode physical and chemical indicators can reach to more than second grade,it is 100%.
