摘要
热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)分子链由聚酯硬段和聚醚软段构成,是一种性能优异的新型工程塑料。聚醚软段赋予了TPEE类似橡胶材料的黏弹性;而聚酯硬段使其具有与工程塑料相同的加工性能和机械强度。本文采用熔融挤出法制备了热塑性聚酯弹性体/聚甲醛复合材料(TPEE/POM),共混物中TPEE的含量分别为5%、10%、15%、20%和25%,采用DSC、FTIR、SEM研究了TPEE/POM的相容性,通过力学性能分析,发现共混物的缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率明显优于纯POM。
Thermoplastic Polyester Elastomer(TPEE)is a new type of engineering plastic with excellent per⁃formance,whose molecular chain is composed of polyester hard segment and polyether soft segment.TPEE's polyether soft segment makes TPEE behave in a way similar to rubber products in terms of viscoelasticity;TPEE's polyester hard segment makes TPEE behave with the same machining property and mechanical strength as engineering plastics.This article utilized the melt extrusion process to prepare thermoplastic poly⁃ester elastomer/polyoxymethylene composite(TPEE/POM).The TPEE content in the blend was 5%,10%,15%,20%,and 25%,respectively.The TPEE/POM compatibility was studied using DSC,FTIR,and SEM.Through mechanical property analysis,it was found that the notch impact strength and elongation at break of the blend were significantly superior to those of pure POM.
