摘要
后疫情时代,随着“城市微度假”消费模式的迅速崛起,商业步行街成为旅居者休闲娱乐的新型空间载体,新消费群体的注入使得需要对商业步行街进行新设计语言的解读。文章以大唐不夜城为例,分析其文化资源转化、城市与街区界面贯通、建筑空间布局、业态构成、公共配套设施等设计要素,得出结论:地域文化应“活化”利用,贯穿设计始终,多元业态混搭新模式更好地满足新需求,公共配套设施设计深入细枝末节尽展人性化关怀度,通过深入思考“城市微度假”消费趋势下的商业空间设计策略,以期为商业步行街空间转型设计提供新思路。
In the post-epidemic era,with the rapid rise of the consumption mode of“urban micro-vacation”,the commercial pedestrian street has become a new space carrier for tourists’leisure and entertainment.The injection of new consumer groups requires the interpretation of the new design language of the commercial pedestrian street.This paper takes Great Tang All Day Mall as an example,analyzes its design elements of the cultural resources transformation,the interface of the city and district,the layout of the building space,formats,and public facilities,etc.,and concludes that regional culture should be“activated”and used throughout the course of the design.The new pattern mixed with multiple formats could better meet the new demand.The design of public facilities should be in details as much as possible to demonstrate the humanized care.By thinking deeply about the commercial space design strategy under the consumption trend of“urban micro-vacation”,this paper hopes to provide new ideas for the spatial transformation design of commercial pedestrian street.
