摘要
以钡铁氧体(BaFe_(12)O_(19))为微波吸收剂、聚乳酸(PLA)为基体,经过球磨、单螺杆熔融挤出制备BaFe_(12)O_(19)/PLA复合线材,利用熔融沉积成型(FDM)制备出BaFe_(12)O_(19)/PLA复合材料.分别利用XRD、SEM和矢量网络分析仪对所制备的不同比例的BaFe_(12)O_(19)/PLA复合材料进行物相研究、微观形貌分析和电磁性能表征.拉伸测试结果表明:随着BaFe_(12)O_(19)含量的提升,BaFe_(12)O_(19)/PLA复合材料的力学性能持续下降,当BaFe_(12)O_(19)含量在20%时,拉伸强度和断裂延伸率较纯PLA分别下降了15.69%、36.83%;当BaFe_(12)O_(19)含量在30%时,拉伸强度和断裂延伸率出现了较大幅度的下降,分别为41.28%、66.23%.计算不同BaFe_(12)O_(19)含量和厚度的反射损耗,研究BaFe_(12)O_(19)的含量和厚度对复合材料吸波性能的影响.发现随着BaFe_(12)O_(19)含量的提升,复合材料的吸波性能没有随之持续增强,当BaFe_(12)O_(19)含量在20%时,厚度为7.5 mm,最小反射损耗在17.20 GHz处达-43.22 dB,低于-10 dB的最大有效带宽出现在厚度为8.5 mm时,为3.60 GHz(14.40~18.00 GHz).
BaFe_(12)O_(19)/PLA composite wire is prepared by ball milling and single screw melt extrusion with the barium ferrite(BaFe_(12)O_(19)) as the microwave absorber and the polylactic acid(PLA) as the matrix,and BaFe_(12)O_(19)/PLA composite is prepared by melt deposition molding(FDM).The XRD,SEM and vector network analyzer are adopted to study the phase,micro-morphology and electromagnetic properties of the different proportional BaFe_(12)O_(19)/PLA composites.The results of tensile test show that the mechanical properties of BaFe_(12)O_(19)/PLA composites decreased continuously with the increase of the BaFe_(12)O_(19) content.The tensile strength and elongation at break decrease by 15.69% and 36.83% respectively while the content of BaFe_(12)O_(19) is 20%,compared with the pure PLA.Moreover,the tensile strength and elongation at break decrease to 41.28% and 66.23% respectively while the content of BaFe_(12)O_(19) is 30%.The reflection loss in the different content and thickness of BaFe_(12)O_(19) is calculated,and the influence of the content and thickness on the absorbing properties of the composites is studied.It is found that the microwave absorbing performance of the composite does not continuously increase with the increase of BaFe_(12)O_(19) content.While the BaFe_(12)O_(19) content is 20% and the thickness is 7.5 mm,the minimum reflection loss reaches-43.22 dB at the frequency of 17.20 GHz.However,the maximum effective bandwidth below-10 dB is 3.60 GHz(14.40~18.00 GHz) while the thickness is 8.5 mm.
