LC-MS/MS测定氨磺乐灵在水和土壤中的残留量

摘要 采用高效液相色谱质谱联用法建立氨磺乐灵在水和土壤等环境介质中的残留检测方法,为该除草剂在环境中的安全监测提供科学指导。样品经Agilent ZORBAX Extend C_(18)(2.1 mm×50 mm,3.5μm)色谱柱分离,以乙腈/0.1%甲酸水溶液(80∶20,体积比)为流动相,流速为0.4 mL/min,柱温为30℃,采用ESI MRM Negative的扫描模式进行检测。加标回收试验结果表明,在0.5~50.0μg/L范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数r大于0.999,定量限为0.5μg/L,水中平均加标回收率为104%~109%,RSD为2.40%~4.62%;土壤中平均加标回收率为85.4%~94.8%,RSD为3.53%~4.78%。该方法前处理简单、快速,检测结果准确、可靠、方法选择性强、灵敏度高,为农药污染及其有害因素监测提供技术支持。 In this study,a method was established for the determination of oryzalin residues in water/soil by LCMS/MS,providing scientific guidance for the safety monitoring of the herbicide in the environment.The samples were separated by Agilent Zorbax Extend C_(18)(2.1 mm×50 mm,3.5μm) column with acetonitrile:1%formic acid aqueous solution (80:20,V/V) as mobile phase,the flow rate was 0.4 mL/min and the column temperature was 30℃,under ESI MRM Negative mode.The results showed that in the range of 0.5-50.0μg/L,a good linear relationship was obtained,the correlation coefficient (r) was more than 0.999,the limit of quantitation (LOQ) was 0.5μg/L,the average recovery in water was104%-109%,the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.40%-4.62%,and the average recoveries in soil was85.4%-94.8%,the RSD was 3.53%-4.78%.The pretreatment of this method was simple and fast,and the results were accurate,reliable,selective and sensitive,which provided a technical support for monitoring pesticide pollution and its harmful factors.
