摘要
为了运行经济高效、构造灵活,优化生活污水出水水质,自行设计了双级间歇曝气高效反应器,运行方式为间歇曝气,在进水比为1/3,pH=6.8~7.4的条件下,保证运行稳定,调控COD容积负荷,参数分别为1.5,2.0,2.5 kg/(m^(3)·d),通过除碳脱氮效果,比选出最佳运行工况。最佳运行参数为:单个周期内,周期时长为2 h,进水时长为30 min,一级反应区沉淀时长为20 min,曝气时长高于沉淀时长,曝气时长为70 min;二级反应区沉淀时长为30 min,曝气时长高于沉淀时长,曝气时长为60 min。在此条件下,一级曝气区COD去除率为78%,二级曝气区COD去除率为87.1%;一级曝气区氨氮去除率为87.9%,二级曝气区氨氮去除率为96.2%;一级曝气区总氮去除率为72.8%,二级曝气区总氮去除率为81.9%。
In order to operate economically,efficiently and flexibly,and optimize the effluent quality of domestic sewage,a two-stage intermittent aeration reactor was designed in this study.The operation mode was intermittent aeration.Under the condition of inlet water ratio of 1/3 and pH=6.8-7.4,stable operation was guaranteed and COD volume load was controlled.The parameters were 1.5,2.0 and 2.5 kg/(m^(3)·d)respectively.The optimal operating condition was selected by comparing the effects of carbon and nitrogen removal.The optimal operating parameters are:in a single cycle,the cycle time is 2 h,the influent time is 30 min,the precipitation time of the primary reaction zone is 20 min,and the aeration time of the primary reaction zone is 70 min,higher than the precipitation time;the precipitation time of the secondary reaction zone is 30 min,and the aeration time of the secondary reaction zone is 60 min,higher than the precipitation time.Under these conditions,the COD removal rate of the primary aeration area is 78%,the COD removal rate of the secondary aeration area is 87.1%,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate of the primary aeration area is 87.9%,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate of the secondary aeration area is 96.2%,the total nitrogen removal rate of the primary aeration area is 72.8%,and the total nitrogen removal rate of the secondary aeration area is 81.9%.
