摘要
为了切实增强建筑企业市场份额,房屋建筑施工单位纷纷创新施工方案,引进先进施工技术,致力提高施工质量。外墙渗漏是影响房屋建筑工程质量的重要因素之一,若房屋建筑的外墙渗漏问题严重,会对保温隔热、室内装修、电路安全、居民身体健康等多方面产生破坏,进而影响居住质量、居住舒适度、房屋使用寿命、房屋维护成本等,造成恶劣的社会影响和巨大的经济损失。通过对房屋建筑工程的渗漏进行研究,分析引发渗漏的相关因素,在此基础上提出外墙防渗技术应用方案,为相关工程施工提供参考。
In order to effectively enhance the market share of construction enterprises,housing construction units have innovated construction schemes,introduced advanced construction technology,and committed to improving construction quality.External wall leakage is one of the important factors that affect the quality of housing construction projects.If the external wall leakage problem of a housing building is serious,it will cause damage to various aspects such as thermal insulation,interior decoration,circuit safety,and residents'physical health,thereby affecting the quality of living,living comfort,housing service life,and housing maintenance costs,resulting in adverse social impacts and huge economic losses.Based on this,this paper analyzes the relevant factors that cause leakage through studying the leakage of housing construction projects,and on this basis,propose external wall seepage prevention technology,and provide reference for related engineering construction.
